Configuration Options:

Single-sided: Ideal for wall placement
Double-sided: Suited for open warehouse areas

Adjustable Dividers: Each bay includes rear beams with 600mm non-load bearing dividers and front top/bottom beams to prevent product movement.

Load Capacity: 500kg per section (max)

Minimum Setup: Requires at least 2 bays

Hose Hangers are also available – 700mm long suitable for taking loads up to 60kgs UDL each. Only suits 100x50mm and 120x50mm beams

While vertical storage may seem like an attractive alternative, proper design considerations are essential to ensure safety, functionality, and compatibility with your inventory. Because each installation is unique, we recommend contacting your Benchmark representative to discuss your specific requirements and ensure your vertical rack is configured to meet all necessary guidelines.

Some key considerations include

Racking must be installed as per 4084-2023
Apex heavy duty footplate must be used as a minimum requirement.
All footplates to be anchored to the floor using in compliance to AS4048-2023
Maximum 500kg between each divider arm section
All divider arm centers to be spaced no greater than 700mm apart
Vertical divider arms must be clamped to beams with nut and bolt
Minimum requirements for back beams – contact your Benchmark rep for more information
Top beams must be in line with the top horizontals brace of the frame
