Does Benchmark conduct site visits to our premises and measure up?

Yes, absolutely we are happy assist you with free onsite consultation and measure-up. Please contact us with your all your details and the physical location and one of our friendly team members will happily book in an appointment with you.

Does Benchmark sell to the general public?

Yes, we are happy to assist all customers no matter how big or small.

Is our pallet racking certified?

Yes, all our pallet racking systems fully comply with the Australian Standard AS 4084-2023 and all European FEM & EN regulations.

Does Benchmark have a Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) Licence?

Yes, Benchmark Shelving and Storage hold a current Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) Licence (15043909) which is a legislated requirement for anyone carrying out Pallet Racking scope of works in Queensland.

In addition to this Benchmark hold relevant WorkCover, Public and Product Liability insurances, and up to date Work Health and Safety Compliance Management System.

Does Benchmark offer Installation services?

Yes, Benchmark Shelving and Storage offer professional, reliable, and competitively priced delivery and installation service throughout Queensland and Northern NSW (other states on request)

Does Benchmark offer Delivery service?

Yes, we can assist you with your delivery needs should you require it for a small fee based on the requirements of each job. We use a combination of in house, local and national freight carriers.

We are also happy to provide you with the weights and dimensions of your order when ready should you already have an account with a preferred transport carrier and wish to arrange your own freight.

Can I pick up my goods?

Yes, you can collect your order when ready from our Acacia Ridge warehouse during opening hours.

Does Benchmark offer maintenance and repair service?

Yes, for a competitive fee Benchmark offer routine maintenance and repairs on mobile shelving. We also carry out Pallet Racking Audits and Repairs. Contact our team today to discuss your requirements.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all products have a standard manufacture warranty period; different products come with different warranty terms so please contact Benchmark for more warranty information on your specific product.
